Industrial processing at large-scale capacity of fruit and vegetable residues, cultivation mediums.
Waste products from the cultivation of fruit and vegetables are easily processed with Ecocreation's techniques into a new soil fertiliser in a relatively short time; 12 hours and less.
One of the biggest issues in processing fruit and vegetable waste is the relatively high percentage of water. This can be solved by EcoCreation's compact dewatering system, which is highly energy-efficient and works with nano technology, making the material itself serve as a filter. It is robust, can handle stones up to 2 centimetres, and it also makes the processing considerably faster, therefore cheaper and much more profitable. It has been applied in practice and is therefore proven technology.
Cheap and efficient
Long and tough fibres can also be an issue. Ecocreation has working solutions for processing waste from legal cannabis. This shows that Evoor coreation tough are not a problem. The dewatering system removes about 40 % of moisture beforehand, creating a reasonably dry mass. The particles and fibres become smaller in this process. High processing capacities are therefore available.
With the use of waste heat from greenhouses or other heating, for example, this is cheap and efficient. It saves huge disposal and processing costs, which are increasing every year. And gives scope for closing the loop processes. Other types of waste, for example residual packaging, can also be included in the same process.
The advantages:
Organic waste
becomes a valuable raw material: compost
Less waste
so less costs
Less transport
so less pollution
Less fertilizer needed
thus less depletion of fossil resources and less pollution
CO2
reduce your CO2 emissions
Proud employees
involved relations/suppliers and enthusiastic customers
